And.... we're back!

Well, sort of.  I'm coming to you via Tonga this Friday, I believe.  What larks!   I don't know if there's been an immediate relaxation of the censorship regime after the October 1st shenanigans have been got out of the way, but I am - glitchily - back in touch with Blogger and Blogspot (via Tor; all of the web-based proxies still seem to be blocked, and I haven't got around to subscribing to a VPN service yet) for the first time this week.   I had a splurge of catching up on comments earlier this afternoon.  Sorry about the interruption of service.
