Mastering the 'new technology'

You have to sympathise with those guys in IT support. Of course, they do spend most of their day hiding in their little office and not answering their phone (and playing online games a lot, one suspects; and scouring the Internet for silliness like this); but when they do 'answer the call', they are usually unfailingly patient, even with the very dumbest of their fellow humans.

Here's a very funny little video clip showing the earlier history of this noble profession (going back, oh, about 800 years or so). In 'foreign' (somehow that seems to make it funnier), but with English sub-titles.
