Despite the evidence that readers - well, my regular readers, anyway - dutifully attend both to Froogville here and to my slightly more disreputable blog, Round-The-World Barstool Blues, I still fret occasionally that some of the gems I post over there are being overlooked.
In the last week, I have found two particularly wonderful musical moments on YouTube to post on The Barstool: a group of Cornish fishermen singing a rousing sea shanty on a beach in Cornwall, and local Beijing rock band Ziyo belting out one of their catchiest songs at my neighbourhood rock venue, MAO Live. Please go and check these out (if you haven't already). You won't be sorry.
