I have been taking advantage of the last three days of improbably perfect weather to try to get back into a daily running habit. Trouble is, well, I haven't been rousing myself to hit the streets until the early afternoon when the sun it at its height, and, damn, it's draining to run in this kind of heat - especially when you're as woefully out of shape as I am at the moment. Oh well, at least I'm making the effort.
And it is kind of purging to sweat that much......
