Ah, that's a good one.

except, August was mostly beautiful. You were mostly gone for it. And since it turned September the pollution has picked up quite a bit. Haven't seen the mountains from my apt view for well over a week. A shame, too, as I'd promised the Professor the view and now he might think I just made that part up.

but, i get the idea. I get the picture. still a good haiku.
